7K a year 11 hours ago 11 hours ago 11 hours ago With a high degree of accuracy, enters new and revised data into company applications and systems as required Processes data entry source information by reviewing data for deficiencies Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or requesting additional data from stakeholders for resolution Maintains data integrity by following data program techniques and procedures Verifies entered data by reviewing results and correcting or reentering data as needed Loads, processes, and refreshes pricing data on a routine basis Handles sensitive information and maintains confidentiality in compliance with Berks Homes procedures Assists in maintenance of application data and content as needed Serves as tier 1 customer service for the Analytics Support desk Assists with application feature testing as needed Assists with report and analytics validation as needed Other duties as assigned High school diploma or GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Prior Data Entry experience required Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required Ability to work independently and in a team environment required Ability to multitask while maintaining high degree of accuracy required Reporting or analytics experience a plus Working Conditions:
Flexible work structure that allows for local remote work and work from the assigned Berks Homes location (New Cumberland, PA).
Work week is Monday through Friday, days, with occasional evening or weekend hours when required.
The candidate is expected to work consistent hours and to seldom be absent from work.
This role may require travel between Berks New Homes' offices and regions.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily seated.
At times, this position may require bending, squatting, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Occasionally, there may be lifting up to 50 pounds.
Frequently, you must be able to read and comprehend, write effectively and professionally, perform analysis and calculations, construct detailed spreadsheets, and orally communicate with all levels within the organization.
The main equipment/machinery used is the computer, telephone, printer, and scanner.
