Host/Host Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests - Manage the waitlist and ensure efficient seating of guests - Answer phone calls and take reservations and take out orders - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow - Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or complaints Requirements:
