This position will perform skilled clerical work and provide general secretarial support to the entire office, which includes greeting clients both in person and over the phone, responding to inquiries, and composing letters and emails.
The Legal Secretary/Paralegal will also assist in document preparation for real estate transactions, estate administration, and estate planning.
These tasks will involve becoming familiar with industry specific software.
This position requires someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments while handling multiple projects simultaneously with thorough attention to detail, and capable of working without substantial supervision.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED or higher, with 2 or more years of clerical experience, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook, and possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
