Work Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+YEARS Office or Sales experience - Working with business-to-business customers is helpful - Associate degree or higher - Problem solver - Proficient and accurate in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel - Ability to make customers a #1 priority - Dress and act in a professional manner Work Details:
- Process customer's orders via phone, e-mail and website - Responding to and fielding phone calls and website inquires - Develop sales and marketing promos - Filing and organizing office paperwork - Assist the outside sales force - Minor bookkeeping - Mailing letters and creating labels - Handling sales reports and tracking - Learning the products - Able to look up pricing - Team mentality - Social media promotion - Other duties as assigned Pay/
