Your Role:
As the Hotel General Manager, you'll be the strategic leader of our property, responsible for overseeing every facet of its operation.
Your role will encompass enhancing general property performance, nurturing our food and beverage operations, crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies, boosting profitability, generating revenue, and empowering our human resources activities.
You'll inspire and guide your team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies with the goal of surpassing guest expectations and delivering impressive returns for both Marriott and our ownership.
Your Duties and
Responsibilities:
You will provide prompt, real-time feedback to management and hourly associates regarding service and operational standards.
Create and support clear lines of responsibility for the management team, ensuring coverage and oversight throughout the day.
Take charge of Food and Beverage forecasting, optimizing par levels to minimize waste and maximize profit margins.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales office (RSO) to craft a compelling sales strategy for the property.
Partner with Market Sales to establish property sales strategy, goals, and action plans.
Innovate means to capture new streams of revenue through property amenities.
Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance through a variety of financial and non-financial data, including cost control, sales, revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement data.
Foster a strong relationship with the revenue management team.
Conduct day-to-day Human Resource transactions to meet the property's needs.
Ensure continuous development of managers through one-on-one coaching and support.
Actively recruit and hire qualified associates.
Keep our brand leadership team, owners, and above-property stakeholders informed about property performance in financials, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.
Be prepared to go the extra mile when required.

Qualifications:
We are searching for a Hotel General Manager who combines meticulous professionalism with a warm, welcoming, and energetic personality.
You should be proficient in managing P&L and financials to ensure the continued profitability of our location.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, strong customer service, and marketing abilities are a must.
Your qualifications include:
An associate's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
A bachelor's degree is a plus.
A minimum of four years' experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional area.
A valid driver's license.
Experience in implementing payroll and inventory cost controls.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
Ideally, you bring Marriott experience to the table.
