Senior Financial Consultant

11th Hour Service is seeking finance and audit professionals with expertise in Federal accounting, financial statement auditing, and process and controls analysis for immediate hire with our premier Audit, Tax, and Advisory Services client in New Cumberland, PA and Philadelphia, PA. These resources will assist agencies in managing financial, informational, and operational risks, as well as provide performance improvement recommendations to improve efficiency. General Requirements:
Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong Business writing skills
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)

Sr. Consultant
2 - 6 years of applicable financial or business consulting experience.
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business; MBA or a current professional recognized certification in accounting, finance, auditing, or project management is a plus.
CPA Required.
Experience working with federal financial statement auditing, process documentation, internal controls compliance, and/or federal financial statement preparation and analysis.
Ability to perform audit program preparation for operational, financial, and IT audits.
Intermediate-level experience with MS Project.
Experience with OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-134, or A-136.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
